The University of Alberta Faculty of Engineering is home to a vibrant community of scholars committed to teaching and research at the highest levels. The faculty is internationally recognized and ranks among the top 5 per cent of more than 400 engineering schools in North America.
The Faculty of Engineering is consistently recognized as one of the best in Canada and the world. In the 2014-15 QS World University Ranking, the U of A Faculty of Engineering was among the top 100 universities in civil and structural engineering subject rankings.
